EnviSolve is facilitating Ministry of
Environment and the World Bank to develop a proposal to Global Environment
Facility in emergent response to the catastrophic Wenchuan Earthquake in
Sichuan Province. The project will support immediate actions for
environmental impact mitigation and environmental risk avoidance in the
aftermath of Wenchuan Earthquake by identification and monitoring of toxic
and hazardous chemicals leakages from sewage treatment plants, chemical
plants, and hazardous chemicals storage sites damaged by the earthquake
